1. Go to the program’s website
2. Open the homepage
3. Click on the Login button 
4. Open your Profile and click on Subscription
5. You will see all the subscribed plans
6. Choose the subscription to disable
7. Hit the Cancel button 
8. You will see cancel confirmation page

Select the Confirm button and the auto-renewal will be disabled. Refresh the subscription page and check the days on the license. Users can access the program until that day. After the expiry of your program, users can go for its renewal manually.

Cancelling the program’s subscription after the expiry

How to renew the subscription manually?

When a user has disabled auto-renewal or this feature is not available then the subscription will expire. After license expiry, paid functions won’t work. For using those functions, users don’t have to repurchase the program. He can directly renew his subscription. The Renewal process is very simple and takes less time.

3. Select the subscription window and go to your license
4. You will see Expired status
5. Select the Renew button next to the status

Choose a renewal plan for the program and tap on Renew button. Provide the payment details and renew your program. Now open your program and its premium tools will start working. You can also renew your program before the expiry. The renewed plan will start only when the previous one expires.
