It helps in preventing the expiry of your program’s subscription and the payment occurs automatically from your bank account. After enabling the auto-renewal, your subscription will get renewed automatically every time until the user cancels the subscription. In case the user is planning not to use the program then he must disable auto-renewal.
Cancel the subscription to get your refund
When the license of your program is renewed but you are not using it anymore the check for the refund. You have to visit the website to check about its refund policy. When the refund is available on your program then you can cancel the subscription. But before you proceed, always check for all the terms and conditions or refund. The refund is available when the user cancels his subscription within a few days of renewal. Otherwise, you can’t ask for your refund. Now go to your account and check for the subscription. - Open the program on the web
- Go to the main page and select Account
- You have to provide the credentials
- Go to the profile page of your program
- Select the subscription window
- Go to the renewal subscription
- Tap on the Cancel button
- Users will see the refund option
- Choose refund and provide the details
Select the confirm button and now the program will get expired. Users will receive an email regarding license cancellation and refund.
Cancel your license before the auto-renewal
To prevent the auto-renewal; you should cancel the subscription ahead of. Users don’t have to wait till the expiry date for cancellation. Some users don’t cancel the subscription earlier as they think that when they cancel the subscription, the remaining days will get lapsed. Don’t worry about the days on your subscription. The plan will expire on the date it is supposed to. If you cancel the subscription; you don’t need to worry about auto-renewal.
- Open the website on the browser and select My Profile
- Select subscription and hit on your license
- Choose cancel button
- If you see the confirmation window, tap on confirm button

The running program’s license will get cancelled. Now the user can easily check the remaining days on his program’s subscription. Close the web browser and open the program. Access your program until your subscription expires. After expiry, the user can decide whether to renew his subscription or not.
Cancel your subscription on your phone device
On phone devices like Android or iOS; you can only get the programs from the play/app store. When the user has installed the setup and gets the subscription from the play store then he can cancel it from there only. You don’t have to open a browser and search for the programs. - Open a play store and check the account
- Tap on the Profile icon and hit on Payments and Subscriptions
- Choose the subscription option and hit on the program’s name
- Open the program and scroll down
- Select the cancel button
- Users may get the Pause subscription option
- Choose No Thanks
- Hit Yes on the Cancel option
Open the subscription page and check the expiry date
The subscription gets cancelled and auto-renewal won’t occur now. But when a user has a multi-licensed subscription then can’t cancel the subscription from the play store. Indeed he has installed the setup from the play store but can cancel his subscription from the primary device only.
Renewing the license of your subscription
When the subscription expires but the user has to access the program then he can go for a manual renewal process. If he still has the program installed then open it and go to the subscription window. Tap the renew button and enter all the details. In case, the user doesn’t have the program then he can go to the web and log in to his account. Renew the subscription and reinstall the setup on the device easily.
