  2. After the download, click on the downloaded exe file:  QuickBooksDesktopInstallDiagnosticTool.exe.

  5. Tick mark the box to choose them.
  6. Use the option Apply and then OK.

  1. From the Start button, tap on the search field. 
  2. Under the search field, write up Control and hit Enter.
  3. Within the Control Panel Dashboard, go to the option Uninstall/Change.
  4. Moving on, use the option Uninstall and eliminate it from your system.
  5. After the above steps, download the QuickBooks clean install tool from the Intuit website.
  6. Open the exe file and do as per the installation wizard setup.
  7. Accept the Terms and conditions.
  8. Choose the QuickBooks version and then click on continue.
